Please note all sales are final and no refunds are provided. If an item arrives faulty, please email us at email@example.com so we can replace that product for you. If are unable to replace a returned item we will offer a similar item of equal value.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the any items in your Bliss Parcel are damaged. We take the time to pack each order carefully and aim to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Unfortunately, it is not always in our control once it leaves our warehouse.
