SHIPPING

Are you still delivering to lockdown suburbs in Melbourne?

We sure are! Couriers are considered an essential service and are still able to deliver to all suburbs in Melbourne.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE Australia wide.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address when completely your order.

When will my parcel arrive?

It depends where in Australia you are located. We take 1-2 business days to hand pack and dispatch your order. Shipping takes between 1-7 business days. Pick up and delivery delays of up to 3 days can be expected due to COVID-19.

Please note that once your Bliss Parcel is in the courier's hands, it is up to them to deliver it within the time frame they have given us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Ringwood, Melbourne.

We deliver to all of Australia!

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and your tracking number. Click here to go to Sendle's website and track your parcel.

Why is my  order is taking longer than expected to arrive?

Once your order has left our studio and is in the hands of Sendle, it is up to them to deliver it within the timeframe they have given us. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delayed or missing packages. Please liaise with the couriers directly if you have any issues.

Help! I've made an error with the delivery address!

Please make sure you double check (and triple check!) the delivery address before you finalise your order. If an error has been made, please email us at hello@theblisscollectiveau.com ASAP to fix it.

REFUNDS

Do you offer refunds?

All our sales are final. If an item is damaged, please email us at  hello@theblisscollectiveau.com within 48 hours of receiving your Bliss Parcel so that we can replace that item for you. Please include photos of the damaged items in your email. If we are unable to replace a returned item we will offer a similar item of equal value.

Can I organise a bulk order of Bliss Parcels for my friends/employees/clients?

You most certainly can! We love organising the perfect gift for your friends, employees or clients! Shoot us an email with at sales@theblisscollectiveau.com  with what kind of products you’re after and we’ll come back to you with some options.

GIFTS

Can I buy a Bliss Parcel as a gift and have it shipped as one?

Absolutely! Just make sure when you are entering the shipping details you address it to the person you wish to receive the Bliss Parcel. Then in the Billing Details you pop in your information so that we can be in touch with you if required.

My order is a gift. Will there be receipts or prices in the parcel?

No, since The Bliss Collective is paperless, your proof of purchase will be emailed to the you.
